Foam Concrete

Foam concrete is a lightweight concrete variant, made by feeding stable voids in toughened cement paste, effectively lowering its density. These voids are created by incorporating either air or gas. In foam concrete, a foaming agent injects air into the blend, contributing to it its unique name and form. The addition of air brings about a lighter and durable concrete solution cut out for multiple applications.

Foam Concrete Production Process

To produce foam concrete, a viscous mixture of cement, sand, and water is made and constantly stirred in a buffer tank to avoid segregation. Furthermore, elsewhere a foaming agent is mixed with water using special tools for foam production. Compressed air is added with regard to the required foam volume, and this foam is then mingled with the sludge. The consequent foam concrete contains at least 20% foam, bringing forth a lightweight and durable cement-based mortar.

What We Do

“Good People, Skilled Craftsmanship And Innovative Design Are The Cornerstones Of Successful Building Projects.”

The cement, sand and water are mixed together and slurry is kept in a buffer tank. It should be continuously stirred to avoid segregation. The Foaming agent and water are mixed separately in a specialised foam production equipment. The compressed air is supplied according to the amount of foam required. This foam is then injected in the slurry to make foam concrete. These cement-based mortar contain a minimum of 20% of foam

Only The Best

Our use of materials and processes that are resource-efficient and environmentally responsible throughout the life cycle of a building.
